The transport service is an external service contracted in each order that is made on the web.
Transportation costs are unrelated to DELIGOUR and will cost € 10 for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For orders over € 70, shipping will be free in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
Shipments are made by express courier and the delivery service in the Iberian Peninsula is 24-48 working hours once the shipment has started.
Shipments to the Balearic Islands are 3-4 business days.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
All shipments are insured by express courier services. The delivery service is 4-8 business days, from Monday to Friday.
The shipping costs will be the following:
- France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Italy, Great Britain, Austria, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark: € 20.
- Sweden, Finland, Norway, Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Estonia: € 30.

We have enough stock in our facilities for any of the purchases that can be made in DELIGOUR. Once the purchase has been accepted and the payment confirmed, the order will be processed as soon as possible to start the shipment.
The expedition will be prepared within a period of 24-48 hours, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.
Anyway and for reasons of product quality and service, we keep our reserves of hams in natural dryers as long as possible to ensure maximum quality.
In the case of ending stocks in storage due to occasional spikes and in response to our obligation to respond to orders as soon as possible, we would inform you by mail or phone call of the receipt of the pieces coming from the dryer and the period of Shipping and approximate delivery for each order.
In this way, all orders will proceed to preparation of the expedition in a period of 24-48 hours. Orders placed on holidays or weekend will be managed from the next business day.
Return of orders
All orders should arrive in perfect condition. The shipments are with the correct packaging and properly protected. In case of any problem of breakage or hit in the reception of the order, we ask that this circumstance be specified in the acknowledgment of receipt of the transport agency. A photograph can be attached to show the reception status. In the case of not indicating such circumstances in acknowledgment of receipt, a refund will not be possible.
The products that DELIGOUR has selected for online sale are guaranteed its highest quality. Products selected by our professionals, experience and tradition guarantee security permanently.
Returns will be accepted when the product arrives in poor condition. For this, it will be necessary to contact DELIGOUR to certify its status and know what anomalies it presents.
For its correct return, the original packaging must be kept.
No refunds will be accepted that, due to their image, do not please the customer.
No refunds will be accepted once consumption has begun.
In the case of hams, returns will not be accepted due to curing, salt or product image issues. ALL our Iberian pieces are selected one by one by professionals and all of them have been elaborated in an artisanal way, without added additives or preservatives, with sea salt and cured in natural dryers. Its quality is guaranteed.
If you have any preference at the point of cure, please indicate it in the comments of the order.
Nor will refunds be accepted for excessive amounts of fat. In the acorn-fed Iberian and field bait that we work, we assure pieces that have lived in the Dehesa and have been fed with natural grasses and acorns during the Montanera period. In this case we assure that your fat will never be rejected by the Iberian expert. Quite the opposite. It is a fat appreciated for its characteristics and properties. The percentage of fat is between 40-50% of the total weight in field bait hams and can exceed 50% in Bellota hams, especially 100% Iberian hams.
That is why DELIGOUR does not work with Ibérico de Cebo pieces (white bridle), all of them from Iberian pigs that have been bred and fed intensively in farms, without ever treading the pasture and living in this way in continuous stress and artificial feeding.
DELIGOUR ensures and guarantees that all its Iberian products come from Iberian pigs that, from birth, have been controlled in all their stages of life for maximum quality, living in the freedom of the Dehesa and feeding naturally.
DELIGOUR also guarantees and ensures that all its natural pieces have been processed and cured naturally, in traditional dryers, without any additive or added preservative.
