Tasting notes: Cherry red color, with violet rim. The nose has aromas of strawberry, cherry, currant and vanilla, soft spices and balsamic after its aging in French oak. On the palate it is a long and persistent wine, with a perfect balance.
Pairing: It is versatile and combines very well with pates red meats, varied stews and cheeses. Its ideal service temperature is around 15 – 17ºC.
